The dissertation was a highlight of the course for me because it really pushed me outside of my comfort zone but allowed me to explore something that I was interested in and was affecting my role at work.

Organisational Development was a field known to me but it was great to meet so many people across the world who work in (and are trying to make sense of) the field.  Building such an international network has been a major benefit

The DLG model, which I believe is one of the best frameworks anyone could use to stay focused, organized, and ultimately succeed, not only provided structure but also helped me remain motivated and consistent throughout the learning journey

Working on my dissertation was the highlight of my experience. It enabled me to think critically about a topic I have been ruminating on for a long time. My supervisor provided perspectives I hadn't previously considered, and it drove me to broaden my perspectives and reflect on my biases.

The course has enabled me to be a more reflective, thoughtful practitioner. I have incorporated self-reflection into my daily practice at work

My first Dialogic Learning Group was and still is a great experience. It has moved beyond stimulating thoughts and discussion about OD concepts/MSc to genuine friendship  

Thank you to the team at Roffey Park for being more inclusive with the entrance criteria. I did not come with an undergrad, which afforded me the opportunity to apply. This was not the case with any other MSc level course.

The course has given me a framework to continue the learning beyond the course. Reading and exploring ideas through the application and reflection in the work environment.

The course has helped me understand the dynamics of my current and past work environments. I think about my work differently now and am more aware of the role I need to perform for the benefit of the organisation but also for my own work satisfaction.

The course has given me new reference points of myself in writing in a more academic style, exposure to new thinking, new colleagues and friends, an opportunity to grow in a community. The highlight for me was the Dialogic Learning Group -  this aspect of the whole experience brought it to life for me.

I got so much out of the program and the Roffey approach seems very unique compared to what else I’ve seen offered elsewhere.
