MSc Overview
If you have relevant professional experience and want to study without having to pause work, a Roffey Park MSc is ideal for you.
Drawing on Roffey Park’s humanistic approach to learning, we offer an engaging, interactive online environment for study.
You’ll be working in small cohorts with like-minded peers who will support and challenge your learning.
Every master’s programme should help to develop your critical thinking. Roffey Park’s master’s programmes go further to also foster self-reflection and reflexivity.
Your Commitment
Roffey Park academic courses are designed to fit into the busy lives of working people. Each module contains live online lectures which take place on a Friday morning (starting 8am UK time), with no more than 2 mornings in each 2 month period. Specific dates of these can be supplied on request. In addition Participants are required to join a number of small group sessions online at times to be agreed by the group.
Which programme is right for you?
MSc People and Organisational Development
This course is right for you if you have some experience with OD, (though it may not be called that in your role) and want to delve deeper into OD. Perhaps you’re thinking of moving into a career which is more specifically OD or consultancy? Or move into the OD or HR space from another field entirely.
MSc Leadership and Management
This course is right for you if you have some experience of being a manager or leader but wish to develop your practice, perhaps to secure that next promotion. In many industries these days you may need a master’s qualification to access the next step in your career. You may be seeking to validate your experience as a practitioner with some academic underpinning. Or you are looking to bring the latest thinking into your current role.
